About Alfred D. Chichester
Alfred Chichester is the senior rehabilitation and vocational counselor at Analytic Rehabilitation. He was born in Los Angeles and has lived in the Southern California area for all of his life. He currently resides in Mentone, California. Mr. Chichester earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UCLA and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Chichester is certified as a rehabilitation counselor, case manager and disability analyst. The American Board of Vocational Evaluators has designated Mr. Chichester as a Diplomate in that professional organization. Certifications as case manager, rehabilitation counselor, disability specialist, and disability analyst indicate that Mr. Chichester has provided evidence of special expertise in the disability/personal injury field. In 1996, Mr. Chichester was named chairman of the California State Independent Living Council (SILC) by Governor Pete Wilson. Mr. Chichester continued to serve as the Chair of the SILC under Governor Gray Davis. The Council works in conjunction with the California State Department of Rehabilitation to develop the State Plan for Independent Living. The State Plan sets the state's policy to disseminate rehabilitation funds for independent living purposes. Mr. Chichester served on the SILC from 1994 through October 2001.
In October 2001, Alfred Chichester was appointed by the San Bernardino County Third District Supervisor to the San Bernardino County Senior Affairs Commission. He resigned from this Commission in 2006. Additionally, he is active in multiple community service organizations, including the Mentone Chamber of Commerce.
